Aluminum Plate Panels
AlumaFab offers a variety of solid aluminum plate panel systems. Aluminum Plate Systems include panel systems, sunscreens systems, and column covers systems designed to offer flexibility and versatility. All of these systems available in a variety of finishes, including Kynar 500 spray applied paint and anodized. This panel system is also available in Stainless Steel in a variety of finishes also.

Laminted Panels Information
Our Laminated panels are formed on press brakes, ensuring crisp lines and offering greater dimensional flexibility. The skins and the cores are then laminated in a vacuum press ensuring extreme flatness and greater strength. The final result is a panel with greater span capability which virtually eliminates oil-canning common in light gauge panels systems.

Finishes Available
Spray Coated Products - Aluminum Panels Systems can be Painted with Kynar 500 Spray Coating System carrying up to a ten (10) year warranty available from the following manufacturers: Valspar, Akzo Nobel, BASF (Morton)
Coil Coated Products - Aluminum Panels Systems can be Painted with Kynar 500 Coil Coating System carrying a twenty (20) year warranty available from the following manufacturers: Valspar, Akzo Nobel, BASF (Morton).
Anodized Finishes are also available: Batch anodizing process for sheet products and fabricated aluminum products produced with 5005 anodizable quality aluminum.
Coil anodized process available on sheet products and aluminum fabricated products manufactured with light gauge sheet material 5005 anodizable quality aluminum.
Stainless Steel is available in several standard finishes #4 Brushed & #8 Polished in a Type 304 or Type 316.
Textured Stainless Steel and Specialty finishes are available in addition to our standard finishes
