Aluminum Plate Panel and stainless steel panel Systems |
AlumaFab offers a variety of solid aluminum plate panel systems. They include wall panel systems, sunscreens systems, and column covers systems designed to offer flexibility and versatility. All of the systems available in a variety of finishes, including 70 % Kynar 500 polyvinylidene (PVDF) spray applied paint and anodized. All of the following panel systems are available in Stainless Steel in a variety of finishes also.
1/8" Aluminum Plate Panels
Our 1/8" Aluminum Plate panel system is an economical plate panel systems. The corners are welded and ground smooth and the panels are reinforced with stiffeners as required by design loads to meet deflection criteria and eliminate oil canning. The aluminum offers superior weatherability and can be custom painted to match or contrast other material on the project if required. The panel joints are 1/2" minimum joint sealed with backer rod and sealant compatible to the panel finish to provide a weather tight system. |

Kynar 500 painted finish and Anodized finishes
- Stainless steel panels Typically fabricated with 16 gauge Type 304, Panels can be fabricated with 14, 18 and 20 gauge. With minor alterations to details and manufacturing processes.

Finishes Available
Spray Coated Products - Aluminum Panels Systems can be Painted with Kynar 500 Spray Coating System carrying up to a ten (10) year warranty available from the following manufacturers: Valspar, Akzo Nobel, BASF (Morton)
Anodized Finishes are also available: Batch anodizing process for fabricated aluminum products produced with 5005 anodizable quality aluminum.
Stainless Steel is available in several standard finishes #4 Brushed & #8 Polished in a Type 304 or Type 316.
Textured Stainless Steel and Specialty finishes are available in addition to our standard finishes
