Column Covers & Beam Wraps
AlumaFab metal column covers are available in aluminum plate, stainless steel, ACM composite and laminated systems. All of our column covers can be used in conjunction with other AlumaFab metal panel systems or as an accent to other materials. Column Covers and Beam Wraps can be round, square or oval in shape with caulked, reveal or butt joints depending upon your design requirements. They can have top, bottom and intermediate reveals incorporated in them. In addition they can be furnished with a sound deadening material applied to reduce noise on impact. Column Covers are an ideal solution for interior and exterior metal column enclosure.
Attachment
Column covers are typically attached to a sub-framing system consisting of structural steel studs and clip angles attached to the building structure. They can also be attached directly to structural steel columns and concrete columns if room for sub-framing is not available. All column covers are engineered to withstand the required design loads.

These column covers are fabricated on press brakes and roll-forming equipment as shapes require. In most cases the panels have 1/2" minimum joints sealed with backer rod and sealant however reveal and butt jointing are also available. They are ideal for interior and exterior column enclosures.

Stainless Steel Column Covers & Stainless Steel Beam Wraps
Similar to Aluminum Column Covers, Stainless Steel Column Covers are fabricated on press brakes and roll-forming equipment as shapes require. They are ideal for interior and exterior column enclosures.
