CUT TO LENGTH (CTL)/SLITTING - Our CTL & Slitting process gives AlumaFab that competitive edge afforded by purchasing material in coil and also the ability slit material to width with our in-line slitting that can eliminate some normal shearing operations.

SHEARING - Shears are used to blank flat sheet to size, a precision part in the beginning operation helps assure quality in the custom fabrication process.  Our Front or Back gauging allows for precision blanking to meet tight tolerance work, with these added features on our shear assist in quality control.

BENDING (Braking) - Press brakes are used to form parts to dimensions shown on a drawing, our machines are precise and consistent in the operation of forming.

WELDING - Complicated assemblies, sometimes requires welding of many parts together to produce a complete unit.  AlumaFab has the equipment required to provide welding on all types of architectural metals and ACM plastic core.

ROUTING - Producing custom assemblies and parts to your specified requirements has been made simpler with our improved routing capabilities.  Customer CAD drawings, with simple drawing modifications, can now be sent electronically to our routing table to cut parts to your specified dimensions.

Routing has become extremely important role in our fabrication process when fabrication complicated shapes and assemblies.
